HOW DO I PURCHASE AN EVENT?
Ordering an event is not as easy as buying an album from iTunes. We need to collect a lot of information to meet the demands of event promoters, TV service providers, and protect your interest. Below is an explanation of ordering an event for new customers. Please note that if you are already registered the process is considerably shorter.
- Contact our sales staff at 1-888-756-5601 or sales@ggccevents.com
- Provide business information including maximum occupancy and type of business.
- Receive a quote for a single event and/or the entire series.
- Provide payment information.
- We confirm your account information with your TV service provider.
- TV service provider confirms that you do not have an outstanding balance.
- Your PPV channel is activated.
Here is the process for on-line orders. Please note that we only accept on-line payments for some events.
- Register on the site and provide a current Certificate of Occupancy.
- Information evaluated by our sales staff.
- Follow up for missing or incomplete information.
- Account approved and notification sent to you.
- Return to the site and purchase the event.
- Enter your payment information and confirm your order.
- We send your account information to your TV service provider.
- TV service provider confirms that you do not have an outstanding balance
- Your PPV channel is activated.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, electronic fund transfers(EFTs) and quick collects.

- Your HBO channel is activated for boxing events for the rest of 2018.
IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR BUYING AN EVENT?
For cable customers (i.e. Comcast and Time Warner) the deadline for activating your account is usually noon Eastern Time the day before the event. For satellite customers (i.e DIRECTV and Dish Network) we stop sales an hour before the event.
Please be aware that if you purchase an event and we are unable to provide you a signal we will give you a full refund and cancel the agreement for the event. For more information on cancellations please see our Terms of Sale.
HELP!! I DON’T HAVE THE FIGHT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check the event channel as early as possible and ensure your equipment is working properly. Note that some television service providers offer different channels for High Definition (HD) and Standard Definition (SD). As a result make sure you are tuned in to the correct channel. If all else fails contact our technical support by e-mail – support@ggccevents.com or call us at 1 (888)756-5601. Please have your provider account number ready.

WOW, THIS IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I SAW IN THE ADS ON TV!
The published prices for Pay-per-view you see on TV are for a single family home. We do not sell to individuals. If you are buying the event (i.e. a bar, restaurant or nightclub) you need a public viewing license. The price of a viewing license is determined by the occupancy of your establishment among other factors. G&G Closed Circuit is the exclusive licensor of the events we offer.
